Estimated delivery date after dispatch is subject to the shipping method selected and the destination. It is important to note that the estimated shipping duration provided is for major cities, and shipping to remote areas may take an additional 3-5 days. XotiqueOfficial.com is not liable for any delays in shipments caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, international customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPMENT TRACKING :

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from XotiqueOfficial.com with the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. If there are any delays caused by Customs, you will be notified directly by the courier service (DHL / Aramex / EMS).

Please note that in some cases, the Customs office may require an import license from the recipient in order to receive the delivery. Any costs associated with obtaining this license are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable by XotiqueOfficial.com.
